When not at school, she enjoys spending time with my many animals (horses, chickens and three dogs), as well as taking advantage of the outdoors. Hiking, skiing and spending time on the water are a few of the activities she favors. | |

Lorelei Wheeler | Administrative Assistant | lwheeler@ossu.org | A life-long Greensboro resident, Lorelei attended this school when it was only three classrooms and a lunchroom. Although it is her twentieth year in the office, she previously was involved with this school as a para-educator, a substitute and a parent making it well over 30 years involved! | |

Tim Davis, RN | School Nurse | tdavis@ossu.org | Tim Davis has been a school nurse since 2020. He worked at residential mental health care as well as home health and hospice. He works at Wolcott, Woodbury and Lakeview schools mainly. Originally from the greater Boston area, he moved to Vermont in 2015 with his wife. They live in Plainfield with their 2 year old son, another son on the way in May 2023, and two dogs Woody and Arlo. When not at work he is a homebody, tinkering around in his shop. |

Kimberly Beckley | Grades 3 & 4 | kbeckley@ossu.org | Kim Beckley recently transitioned to being a classroom teacher after almost a decade dedicated to the musical arts. In 2020, she was selected as Music Teacher of the Year for VMEA District II, and in 2021, earned a Masters of Education in Elementary Education. She lives in Hardwick with her husband Adam, and their two cats, Misty and Melody. She enjoys teaching integrated units where students connect their learning from one subject to another and become well rounded young humans. She enjoys being in the beautiful outdoors of Vermont: downhill skiing, hiking, kayaking, snowshoeing, and performing with her band, Bitter Sweet Sunset. | ||

Leslie has been an educator for over twenty-five years, first in New York and then Vermont. She attended high school in Putney, Vermont and then went to college in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She completed her Masters at Hunter College in New York City before moving permanently to Vermont, where she raised two boys and lots of pets. She loves the creative aspects of teaching and strives to bring this out in her students. She also enjoys gardening, playing the violin, traveling, swimming and all things outdoors. |

Mrs. Casavant is a book lover. She enjoys helping students find the right books. She was a classroom teacher at Lakeview for 36 years before becoming the school librarian three years ago. Mrs. Casavant and her husband have two adult sons who are married. They now have a grandson who they love to spend time with. She is an avid reader, knitter and crafter. She enjoys spending time with her family, long walks, taking photos of nature, being at the ocean and connecting kids with books. |

Marie Doane | Learning Specialist | mdoane@ossu.org | Marie has been teaching for thirty-eight years. She started teaching at People's Academy, then worked as an Integration Specialist at Morristown Elementary. After earning a Master Degree as a Consulting Teacher, she began working at Hardwick Elementary for the next sixteen years. For the past eleven years, Marie has been a member of the Lakeview Elementary Community. She unwinds through kayaking, skiing, hiking/walking in the woods, as well as helping out at the "family" farm. | ||

Jayne Donahue | Visual Arts | jdonahue@ossu.org | Jayne has been in education for many years, teaching in OSSU schools for much of that time. Woodbury, Wolcott, Walden and Lakeview are lucky to have such a dedicated educator. | ||

Erin Ferland | Kindergarten | eferland@ossu.org | Erin has been teaching for sixteen years, growing up in South Burlington, Vermont, graduating from the University of Vermont, then moving to Raleigh, North Carolina where she taught for eleven years. She earned a Masters in Curriculum Development. Erin enjoys skiing, hiking, cooking, and, of course, teaching. She has two children and lives on the very top of Stannard Mountain. | ||

Aimee Vient | Drama | avient@ossu.org | Aimee is piloting the drama/theater program in OSSU schools, The seemingly simple class title does little to explain the life skills this class covers- public speaking, how to communicate verbally and non-verbally, and using your voice and your body to illustrate a message or idea. |

Della Hall | Para-educator | dhall@ossu.org | Della lives with her husband and two important pets, a dog Jake and a cat Kalamazoo. She has two grown children who attended Lakeview and a granddaughter who also attends Lakeview. Her first year here was 1999. She loves her job seeing children learn and grow. During downtime, she enjoys walking, crafting, and spending time with her family. | |
